Hi folks!

Your Support will still work on mobile, but may just require that you create an account before accessing it. You may or may not encounter this step. Otherwise, go ahead and try it out!

Click the "Settings" button (top left of the game screen) > click the "Support" button > narrow down your question/issue topic > "I need more help" (bottom of article) > submit your ticket.

They aren't adding support for a new game platform. They are moving Customer Support to a new system and method of invoking it. This shouldn't affect the game itself unless something really horrible happens during migration, like the CS system floods Kabam Miike with so many messages that he burns down the data center in a fit of fury.

Please allow me to clarify that this change does not affect the game itself nor the systems that run it. This is purely a change in the way our Support team handles the tickets that come through from all you lovely folks!

I repeat, the change is ONLY in the Support portion (separate from the game) and DOES NOT affect the game itself.
