Unduped Yondu worth an R4?

Recently pulled a 4* Yondu from a crystal and am curious to see how good he is in the grand scheme of things. I know he's not god-tier, but based on his bleed and heal-block seems like a good champ to take to R4 for ROL Wolvie. Would he be good enough to add as a more permanent fixture to my 3- or 5-champ teams for quests?

Depends on your needs
Awakened he puts weakness on opponents based on the no of debuffs they have while they use their specials

Hes better as a defender than a attacker

Though combined with tech collar he gives very low power to enemies

His sp2 is useful in long fights as the damage keeps increasing till x15

I have 18 champs at R4+, so the need isn't huge. But if he's worth it, I have no issues taking him up.

He is awesome. I have him R5, and I also have level 2 deep wounds, and he does very good. His SP1 is very useful (reason why is good to have DW unlocked). I would recommend him to be ranked up.

Have him at 4/40 duped lvl 65. He's part of the everyday roster. Very reliable and super smooth to play with. Going rank 5 as soon as I can.
