Which one of these guys should I focus on ranking up next? My 5* roster is not as good as I would hope but I think there’s some useful ones in there.

Still getting used to her, I was practicing with a 4* version and then got her as a 5*
But I am practicing.

If you can use Tigra which I think you do since you took her to rank 3 then go for her
