You didn’t get it because you restarted game.
It just takes many/many hours to come out. Has been (every week) for a while now, probably making sure no bad alliances getting higher from wrong actions.

Doesn’t warrant making 8 consecutive forum complaints about it.

Looks (from pic) that you are in Europe or further east (timezones), pic shows “tomorrow's” date on game Mail Msgs. So if you are even way further east (Asia, etc) and expect that rewards should be in by time you wake up in morning, it is still too early as of when you are asking. Glad you got them now.
