Please help me to choose a Champion to rank up

I have an abomination immortal rank 1
And cosmic ghost Rider rank 1
Both 5* and undupped

In other hand i have a Luke cage rank 4 5*

I use suicides
I have 6 Alpha 2

What is the best option?

1) rank 4 abomination
2) rank 4 cosmic ghost Rider
3) rank 5 Luke cage
