Is it possible to evade Howard's sp2

I'm trying to practice the challenge and he keeps being really passive. Its annoying to keep baiting his sp1 but but I either take a bunch of block damage from his sp2 or he has 3 debuffs and it kills me. Please let me know if it is evadeable because it is really annoying.

If you don't have the patience to bait out his SP1s, then the challenge might not be for you. Why make the fight harder by pushing him to an SP2?

It’s not consistently evadable. The reason I say consistently is because I’ve evaded it once when I would have died from block damage by spamming dex. I definitely don’t suggest doing this because 9 times out of 10 you’ll get hit and get completely destroyed by it. The only way to avoid it is use someone like ghost or tigra who can phase or heavy charge respectively to avoid it.

Because he is passive as **** and I'm playing symbiote supreme so I have a short amount of time where I need to be hitting him. I keep wasting the bleed phase because he wont throw his special 1. Also, idk if you understand basic math but if I can push him to sp2 safely I have to deal with half the amount of specials, and I can hit him for longer before he can sp3.

Symsup, although he can deal with the bad furies and armor ups, isn’t great for damage since any special attack by Howard will shrug all the bleeds.

SS may not be helping you for this fight. The specials purify debuffs and you only have a short window to place them. You have to bait out special ones. If you have a BWCV or someone else who always has great damage and nullify, I suggest taking them.
