How to change boss in Act 7

Sorry if this is noob question, but how to change the boss in act 7. I want to fight venom in quest 2 but keep on getting Rhino( exited and entred quest like 10 mins , restarted game couple of time but no use). Is it not RNG based or am i missing something. Appreciate your help!!!

    You choose which one to fight. Pick one of the paths that leads to Venom

    All the bosses are on the map. If you want to fight Venom, you will need to take one of the two paths that go in his direction
