Kabam Customer Service - Supervisor/Real Person

So I have a some what complicated issue with my account and a payment issue and need to talk to a real person from Kabam customer service, but I just keep getting an autogenerated response that closes my ticket. Is there a way that I can get in contact with a supervisor/manager or at least have a conversation with a real human being, to try to resolve my issue?

    Not here you just have to go through the game just keep trying all you can do

    You can do so in the game on the home screen: tap the grey gear icon in the top left corner and, from there, tap on the button that says “Support”. Seek your question, and if you’re not able to find the answer and have more questions, tap the button that states: “Need more help? Contact us” to submit a support ticket.
