Account banning :( for no reason

Hey I’ve recently logged into my account and I have seen that I’ve been banned for some reason I don’t know why this is but I haven’t played in a few days since because I have had school exams the time for the ban was 168 hours which is just under a week I did get a notice that I had to log in again but when I did it said I violated terms and my account has been banned, this is quite unfortunate because I will not be able to claim my Christmas and anniversary rewards that I’ve been looking forward to this is really disappointing is there anything you guy can help with so I can still claim my rewards?

I haven’t even been able to claim my alliance war rewards that We worked so hard to push into the next level and all of my friends are getting crystals and everything with 4star ghosts and 5star warlocks while I’m missing out

It wouldn’t let me send a ticket because there was not options when I tried clicking on select game

There are many ways that your account may have gotten banned, such as other people logging into your account, third party softwares, buying units else where that isn’t directly off mcoc,mods,AW cheating,etc.Look around in forums and try and figure out why you were banned. sadly the chances of being un banned are very very slim.
