Lost units on glitch

So i purchased an Odin, then proceeded to open some grandmaster crystals. The first 10 had no problems. The next 5 i selected didn't populate on the screen. I got a blank spinning slot and no crystals to open! That's 1,000 units worth. Can these be refunded???

i have the exact same issue (also from last night) and have reported it twice to kabam. i have received a mail after the first report saying the case is now closed.....but no answer or refund of my units/crystals

have you managed to get anywhere on a refund?
