Not Getting Rewards From Halls of Glory?

I finished the Hard difficulty of Halls of Glory and received a Tier 5 Iso selector. I picked Mutant and went to go use said Iso when I noticed it was nowhere to be found. I checked my items to see if the selector was there and found nothing.

    Hey there, for something like this, our Support Team would be the best equipped to look into things for you. You can reach them from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support". If you can let them know the approximate time you picked it, that can help them look into this as well.
