Crystal opening issue

Whenever I open any crystals the game lags out and asks me to reconnect. Some I got rewards for some of them just didn’t give me anything. I tried opening about 5 crystals and lost out on some 5 star shards from 4 star awakenings. This happened after the maintenance they had today.

    You definitely shouldn't have lost out on anything. Please reach out to our Support team by selecting the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen within the game. From there, scroll to select 'Support'. Our team will be able to help you determine what you got.
