How long does it take to get a reply from a ticket I lost my anniversary 15k shard opening a feature because the game crashed when I was doing it how long till I hear back from them before I waste my time doing a ticket

    They usually respond within 24hrs. Be patient and if this time pass, re-submit a new ticket. But it’s almost sure they will answer you early.
