didn't get free gift only getting anniversary title again and again

anyone else having fun claiming lots of same title
i've done it 4 time and whenever i login my account i get notification{only title}.
but i didn't get the reward i am cavalier.
please help.

I claimed the gift and the title yesterday. This morning it popped up again. After like 5 times I got it away.
