Dint get anniversary rewards

Hi, I am cavalier and when I open the game I dint get any anniversary rewards instead I am getting title and profile pic again and again when I open the game, plz look into the issue

I’m also Cavalier and didn’t get any anniversary rewards. My title and profile pic was bugged like yours and stayed “unread” and could claim it over and over. Hope they fix this soon.
