Lost my 5 star cristel due to net issue

I was opening my five star cristel due to net issue it was stuck then reconnected my phone but when i login i dine only one 5 star cristel was there i need know.

Did you checked your 5* roster?
When it happened to me, I got the Hulk sigs.

That’s happened to ne either when server crashed. I claimed 15k shards from 6th anniversary then claimed two crystals I was opening the first one and the net crashed during the rotate animation If crystals so I wait but the net doesn’t go back. I close the app and after a while once I could connect again I had only one 5* crystal, no history in alliance and no new champs or signatures. I’ve open a ticket but I’m still waiting their investigation.

My four 5 star crystal have disappeared for this bug. Unfortunately my ticket was closed today because the problem was solved. But actualy nothing solved. I'm not hopeful about this issue...

They close mine either. I'm so disappoint about this. I'll try to ask again, I think that's not fair.

I had this happen yesterday. Game froze and crashed, no new champ, no increased sigs, no iso in overflow. Still waiting for a response from Kabam support. Anyone else hear anything about it yet?

Today 9th day but i have nothing. Not my cyrstal nor an answer, just nothing. I'm sorry but you're very big disappointing Kabam support...

Kabam Support, we are wait any information about this bug. Our crystal have disappeared almost 3 weeks ago. But you're not doing anything about this. You can neither give any information nor solve the problem. How long will we wait for you to do anything?
