Just got these new champs. Need help prioritizing.

I have not watched any videos on these champs so I'm pretty much clueless. AGs are ready to be used if necessary. Except for Guardian, obviously.
I ranked 3 Sentinel for Thronebreaker just to give you an idea where I'm at in progression. Have not done AoL.
Which champ would most beneficial for maybe AoL, exploring Act 6 or LoL?
I have only one of the four Horsemen, Human Torch.
