Issues in AQ?

Is anyone having issues with buffs or abilities for their champions it triggering in AQ? For example, I could not trigger GR’s regen by landing his heavy in two separate fights. Have done it thousands of times. Nothing about the node or opponent or modifier that would have prevented it, so very confused.

If you didn’t have blade then it’s just bad rng, if you had blade then I dunno
