We still haven't gotten the missing Epoch shards

So when the event came out last week, there was a bug in the first legendary quest that caused us to miss out on 500 shards.

You guys told us that you'd get that done it in the next week, well we've basically reached the end of that week and we still haven't gotten the missing shards.
