Why so little options for support

If you should ever have the need to contact support for an option that is not listed, how do you get support?

There is no option to address an issue that is not listed. How do I get help? Where do I go?

Why not open a space where if your problem is not listed you can write down what the problem is?

Again if your issue is not listed How do you get help
