Cannot connect to server

Hello, as of this morning, I have not been able to connect to the server. I keep receiving the error message and then pop up window to reconnect. I am on an iPad and this is the first time multiple login attempts have been unsuccessful. Please advise on anything I can do to remedy this situation. Thank you.
