I play this game 5 years..
I can't use any chat on my account for almost a year.
* alliance chat
* friends chat
* global chat
I'm a little bit embittered,can you fix it please?

I think you got banned from the chat or something.

Well it would be cool if they sent an email about it.
Didn't even know that you can be banned from chat only.

Theres a setting that makes it so it blocks you from your chats. Go to settings, and there should be a category called chat. And then it will say Global, Alliance, and Alliance war room. Those may be turned off.
