Act 7 Quests not in Completion Alliance event

I just went to go see how many points I had in the Completion event, but saw I only had 1000 points lol. I was confused because I had been doing a ton of 7.1 exploration. It turned out Act 7 doesn't give points for completion. Is it just not added yet, orrr?
