Yes, unless you happen to be doing a large amount of fights (example being halls of healing). At that point though, it's just extra free stuff.

Good opportunity to do easy EQ with a 6* for the units, pick up the attack boost as a bonus.

I wouldn't grind them necessarily, but if you're doing something you were going to do anyway you may as well get some extra things.
