I have a Question (Clarification Please)

So the 14 Day Holiday and gifting event starts on the 21st and the Christmas Gift comes on the 25th

So I am waiting till gifting event starts so that I can gift myself resources to push for Cav

If I get Cav before Christmas Gift Day Will the gift change?
