So The Gifts Are Still A Bit Confusing....

When the Christmas gifts were given out i didn't pay to much mind reading the message and claimed it. I searched for it and found it in my inventory. Thought that it was okay to open it and so I did..... It turned to coal and i panicked. Went and read the message for it and felt so stupid.

Will this hurt the rewards from it? Or is this just a small joke, because I'm a bit confused after reading the MCOC Team's forum post about opening it early.

im suprised by how much people dont read the message whenever i get a unexpected gift i read the message
whats most likely going to happen is that on december 25 the coal will turn into a good gift

Likelihood is that it won't effect your value based items (like an Awakening Gem, etc.) but you will might get a different Title or Profile Pic.

I didn't read the message.Just after claiming the gift, I came straight to forum and saw we don't have to open the gift now.
It was so funny to see the people's validation of their gift opening and reasons were really funny.I was just laughing..
