Hulk(immortal)’s immortality is not Working in Alliance quests

I recently pulled a 5 star hulk(immortal) from cavalier sexennium crystal, i took him to rank 3, i am using him for alliance quests (map 4), The immortality fails to trigger(sometimes), i lost to wolverine, i am sure he doesn’t have any ability reduction passive, please fix this bug!

    Make sure that when it does not trigger the immortality cooldown is over.
    If immortality is in cooldown, you will die.

    No, i started the fight with 1 hp, the immortality wont be at cooldown when u start the fight, am i right?
