Whatever happened to the new Thor and Valkyrie plans?

I remember sometime in beginning-mid 2019 there were confirmed plans for a new Thor (presumably storm breaker Thor from infinity war) and Valkyrie from Thor: Ragnarok. I think everyones forgotten about these confirmed plans by now, but what happened to them?
