CMM is burstier but Guilly is for those long fights. I personally don't have a high leveled CMM but just from what I've seen I believe Guilly is better all in all

I have both at rank 5 5*s. I'm particularly biased towards G99 in general, but CMM is a monster. If you need a champ for itemless AQ, or act 6.1/2, go CMM. If you're at the 6.3+ level or need to do labyrinth, clean up variant 3 exploration, maybe do some high for war or something, go G99.

I personally use CMM a bit more because of map 6. I run her with Nick, Quake, dpxf if I'm running suicides, and she just...tears **** apart!

Guess it depends on if you run suicides, I don't and I've found myself not finding CMM as useful as a lot of people seem to find her. I use guillotine 2099 everyday in map 6/7, act 6 exploring, etc. Both are rank 5 worthy but I find myself using Guilly probably twice as often as CMM
