Bugs for upgem

Hello Kabam, I have big troble:
I have gray stones for increasing the rank of 2017 3-4, I want to use it; but I can’t because I have a rank up class stone 3-4.
How can I solve this problem (I want to leave the class stone for new heroes)

I have the same issue and my generic 2017 gem will expire in 13 days.
Can we get an answer for that?

Submit a Support Ticket to Kabam, and ask that they use the Rankup Gem that you want them to.
They can do that from their Support System.

Or they may ask you to use Rankup Gem yourself first, and then they can adjust your Inventory afterwards (?)

Ask them specifically to help you accomplish what you want from their Server-side system.
Instead of just asking “why” you can’t do it yourself in game (aka, comments in other threads).
Although I do believe Kabam has mentioned they have plans on changing that process in game at some point in future (can’t recall where though).

Support has helped other people in the past to be able to apply the desired Rankup Gem.

Hey there, as some have mentioned, the Support Team can offer some help here. You can reach them from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
