You can try to message support and maybe see if they can re-wrap it for you,, but im not sure if they will.

If you didn’t read the Mail Msg that contained the gift, you can read below to see the link to read the Sticky Announcement at top of Forum that Kabam wrote for people who didn’t read the Mail Msg and opened their gift of Coal anyways...
