Best way to use Black Widow Claire Voyant?

So I recently took my 4* Black Widow Claire Voyant to rank 5. She is sig 20. I'm trying to learn how to use her, any tips? Like what's the best way when facing a non immunity champ to keep Claire charges on. Thanks in advance guys.

    For non-immunity champs, just cycle sp2 in curse of plague or hellfire. Plague for lots of power, hellfire for damage. It keeps her charges up.
