Should I rank up venom?

So this is solely about venom, should I rank him? He's unduped r3, I have resources to awaken him and r5 with a few sigs (not alot), i see him smashing content, I still have v6 and v5 to do 100% and I already have corvus cmm and hyperion duped r5 so shall I add him to the rank 5's or not?

    At least to r4 ...if u can afford it r5 definitely. I have mine at at r4 naturally duped at c20... it will stay r4 for the time being cuz I still dont have Corvus, Hype or CGR. I do have an r2 6* CMM, r4 Medusa and r4 Proxima so if at some point I feel I need another top rank cosmic and give up hope on those other three I will for sure r5 Venom if I can afford it.
