Game play on Android without WIFI.

I am not sure if this has been discussed as I was not able to find on forums, but when will Kabam fix the issue with android devices connecting to the game without wifi? Since the October update Android devices can only open the game while using wifi, the game will not open or connect when using a cell signal. It is not my device as I am able to connect to other games without wifi including Realm of Champions. On Contest of Champions has an issue. This is very frustrating and makes it difficult to participate in timed events when wifi is not available. Is there a fix for this? When will the fix be rolled out?
