Help function cause screen freezing

When pressing the help in champion selection arena sometimes cause the screen freeze. Cant do anything after freeze. Need to restart everytime the screen freezing.
Can you guys fix this ? Thx

This has been happening to me also on iPhone I thought this was supposed to have been fixed already

It's getting tiresome having to go out of the game and back in just to get help from my alliance in Arenas. We all need the help button freeze to be fixed.
