NGL, I've had to restart the quest with the scarlet witch boss twice because she kicked my ass on both occasions, and killed all my champs. Luckily, I haven't needed any so far, and am on my final 2 paths. I'm seriously dreading that spite path with antman on it, but I'll see how it goes.

The reason you see all the gold ones is that they aren't random; they're built into the reward structure of the quests.
The revives, potions, and iso are random. Odds of getting a revive are slim but i snag about 2 a month throughout the various difficulties of EQ.

I’ve actually seen that before. It’s super rare though.
