The real problem I had with WYIM wasn't the weakness thing. Yes, the best weakness villains (apoc, Ibom) weren't available to the public yet, but there were niche options (Void L2, GG, Joe Fixit) that would have worked.

The problem I had was with the opening Mojo.

Yeah, let's just throw a champ that harshly punishes buffs and give him a node that only lets you do meaningful damage if you have a buff you either need to pay through the nose to get a mastery for or use one of maybe five champs, two of which are behind a paywall right now

Good they got rid of it.

If I was to guess, there was a planned additional node that would have had certain villains place a weakness on the opponent when doing something, and that node never got added for some reason. WYIM is one of the most poorly designed nodes on its own right now, so I can't imagine the forward-thinking Kabam of the current age wouldn't have had a plan for it.

The “unforeseen” was not testing that mojo nullifies 80% of the fury buffs that only last 5 seconds. Each nullify equals a degen.
It’s called QA testing.
