I dont have Collosus as 5* or 6*, bit if I did I would definitely do:

- Collosus

-OR ( must have essential synergy with Collosus)

- Emma Stone (must have essential synergy with Collosus, great synergy with Red Mags)

- Red Mags (needed for extra 12% mutant sp damage synergy with OR, good synergies with Emma and Sabretooth )

- Sabretooth ( must have essential synergy with OR, great Synergy with Red Mags)

The beauty of this team is THAT AL 5 MEMBERS ARE ALL USEFUL. I see no point on carrying dead weight such as Red Cyclops and/or the two Juggs just for synergy purposes. Make each team member count and bring something to the table. For example: use Sabretooth to clear lanes of easy encounters for the purpose of ramping up his persistent furies ( specially when facing a mutant) and then when the big bad mean boss comes he'll be ramped up and will pound the boss into oblivion, softening him up for Mags, OR and Collie to finish the job. Emma will bring into the team IMMUNITIES THAT NO OTHER MEMBER of the team has, plus she no slouch either at tanking specials ( if duped at high sig) and even on offense if you know how to use her.

Substituting Sabretooth and Emma for Apocalypse and AA are also a good choice though. But I dont have Apocalypse and I would bring AA over Emma only if there's an annoying node I need to shut down and/or if there are lotsa non poison/bleed immune minibosses/bosses.
