Need 3 before the next AW season starts

We are a relaxed, adult alliance looking for 3 to join before the new AW season starts. We run 5x5, and finished last season G2, we have finished G1 once and hopefully we can again. Must be Uncollected, Cavalier preferred though, and be able to communicate when your tagged or unavailable. Most of us have been together in some way for over 4 years, so not a lot of drama, with minimal turn over.
