Air-Walker can't sp3

I got 3* Air-Walker the other day and was trying him out in 1v1 and his power bar won't charge up for a sp3, it gets stuck at 2 yellow boxes and a grey one, it wouldn't even go up in a second fight after I got hit by Doom's SP3 and I had power gain. I've used him 3 times and I can't get a sp3 in any.

Read his abilities. You need to ramp him up by fighting to unlock the Sp3.

He can't use his special 3 until he has won 3 fights. Then he's fine for the rest of the quest. Basically, you won't be able to use his special 3 in arena. Ever, unless a real bug occurs and allows you to use it.
