I was fighting Ebony Maw with Ghost and when I had a Passive Precision Buff she would miss until it expired.

Has it always been like this or am I tripping?

Guatanteed Critical hits miss against him. He's a ghost and corvus wrecker. But that's where he stops being good for the most part.
