Urgent Information needed for new Update 15.1

Dear Developers
The game wants to download another 406mb of data after i downloaded the update from play store which is of 94 mb
Is this a one time process or we have to do it again and again.
Please clear otherwise it'll drain our data
OS: Android 6.0.1
Device: Sony xperia z2
