Will Silver Surfer be given a rework next year? He was literally 2019s most hyped champ and he's not even that good except for prestige.

    Venompool , effective cyclops (both), groot , rhino, og hulk, Sim, iron man, bb, juggs , stoppable colossus, lemon walker, pocket racoon ....

    Sorry to say but surfer will most likely never get a rework. He’s not the best champion but he’s still good in his own right. There are so, so many champions that need to be updated before him. It makes no logical sense for him to be updated or reworked. There would be so much community outrage. So no, he won’t be.
