So I was in the negative on contest credits by 3999, I bought the 4999 pack because it was the cheapest option. The game said the excess will turn into units. So when does that come in? By that logic I should have 1000 units.

    The conversion rate isn't 1 to 1

    Awe man, why don’t they say that? That also feels like I was cheated. I didn’t do anything to receive a negative balance.

    If you didn't do anything wrong, you should write a ticket and not buy 5000 units
