Is Wasp supposed to evade while under the effect of Coldsnap?

Just discovered this. I thought Coldsnap is supposed to prevent opponents from evading but Wasp still counter evades?

Yes, because of some tiny technicality she purifies coldsnap before actually evading, allowing her to trigger evade while coldsnapped. Pretty sure passive coldsnap would stop her, but can't confirm

Yes, Wasp Ability works this way:
1 - purifies the Damaging Debuff
2 - Evades

She indeed can evade Iceman, because it the moment she is attempting to evade, she actually doesn't have the Coldsnap Debuff: she just removed it!

No. Wasp has a timer and each time it expires she can evade again @Rlay02
