Returning player - LV15 - Looking for a good active alliance

Hello all,
My alliance sucks.
Most members are inactive and I'm always at the first spot in every Alliance Event.
I'm not new to the game, I just recently started this (third) new account.

I will admit that I don't have much knowledge regarding the Alliance Quest & Wars.
However, I'm eager to get into it and learn.
I always contribute to the Alliance Events and save my resources for the appropriate time.
Also, I always ask for help when out of energy and after Arena battles.

All in all, I'm very dedicated and looking for a good alliance to adopt me.
Hoping to find one.
