Gifting from Alt account

If I’m gifting my main account items from my second account am I able to send the gifting crystals I get from the milestones or do I have to open them on alt account?

You cannot gift crystals you get in milestones

To amplify, all gifts must be bought in the gifting screens. You cannot send items you already possess to anyone else.
