Messaging bug

Hey there!
I am having an issue with my messaging. For some reason, after I type a message, it will look like it wasnt sent until i refresh the game. I also cant see other's messages until i refresh the game. I thought it was just me until it started happening to someone in my alliance and one of my friends. I now realize that this is a bug with the game, and if anyone can fix it, that would be greatly appreciated.
