So how can we create a new account without reinstalling the game?

So I wanted to create a new account on the same device, so do I need to reinstall the app, create an account and link it with my original account or is there a shorter way to do so?

You will need to sign out of the app, then go to sign back in and create your new account. Signing in and out will allow you to access both of your accounts.
