Characters Frozen After Specials

After I land a special on an opponent, my character is unable to follow with another attack. My swipes or taps simply don't register. I can evade back and I can block, but I cannot attack after the special. It seems the game is prohibiting me from following up with basic attacks after I land a special. I can upload videos from 15.0 and 15.1 to show the difference. I would just like to know, is this intentionally?

Same here, looks like an Android problem, iOS doesn't have it. e.g. after DP S2 I have to wait till he's done moonwalking till I can move again. This places Android user at a massive disadvantage, and even worse when, considering Kabam's past record of lazy bug fix schedules, we might have to wait a whole month for a fix...

Also parry timing is all over the place, it was all good for me before the update.
